Our behavioral management team's goal is to identify and support individuals alter their unhealthy or maladaptive behaviors. As all behaviors are learned, our team will help replace negative behaviors with healthier alternatives. These services are provided by Masters Level Clinicians in Social Work, Counseling, or Special Education.

A clinically and evidence-based use of music. Music Therapy achieves therapeutic relationships to accomplish individualized, functional, and non-musical goals to increase quality of life. These services are provided by Board Certified Music Therapists.

As a team, our recreational therapists and their clients work towards restoring individual functioning and independence, reducing or removing activity limitations or restrictions. These services are provided by Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapists.
Benefits of Recreation Therapy
Psychological Therapy is essentially counseling directed toward individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, that are 21 and older, and their families. This service is focused on barriers to achieving independence. These services can be provided in an individual or group setting. They are provided by Psychologists with an HSPP designation, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists.
To qualify for the Indiana Medicaid Waiver, an individual must receive a diagnosis of a Developmental or Intellectual Disability (Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and/or a Cognitive Impairment of IQ 70 and below) by the age of 22. These Waivers are the Family Support Waiver and the Community Integration Waiver offered through the Bureau Of Developmental Disability Services. You can find more information HERE.
